We begin with a discovery session to confirm goals (support, lead-gen, booking, internal knowledge), the sources you want the bot trained on, and required integrations (calendar/booking, CRM, email, ticketing). During setup we ingest and prepare your content, design the agent’s prompts and flows, configure booking and CRM hooks, and run QA tests.

After launch, you choose a support tier: Basic Support, Optimization & Support, or Enterprise Care, which determines how often the agent is updated, reviewed, and improved. The agent can be published to multiple channels, and while that does not change the support tier, additional channels usually increase ongoing maintenance work and can affect the monthly cost.

We also structure pricing in three parts so it stays easy to understand: a one-time build/setup cost for the initial design and deployment, a recurring monthly maintenance cost for monitoring, updates, content changes, and hosting, and an overusage cost for any traffic or usage that goes beyond the agreed limits.

The build/setup fee covers the initial engineering and training work.

The maintenance fee covers the ongoing work that keeps the bot current.

The overusage charge is only used when activity spikes significantly or when extra compute/API usage is required.

Channel & maintenance notes

  • Channels: the same agent can be published to multiple channels (site widget, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, in‑app). Adding channels increases testing and monthly maintenance effort and will be reflected in the monthly fee — it does not require moving to a different support tier.
  • Volume & complexity: monthly pricing scales with average monthly conversation volume, number of integrations, and need for personalization or compliance features.
  • Revisions & extras: Light revision allowance included per tier; additional revisions, rush retrains, multilingual support, or advanced analytics are quoted separately.

Security, privacy & ownership

  • Data handling: we follow secure ingestion and storage practices; you control which sources are included and what the agent may disclose.
  • Licensing: non-exclusive usage; raw training data or export of all conversation logs available per agreement (add-on).
  • Compliance: for regulated data (PII, health, finance) we’ll propose controls and addenda during discovery.

Timelines & payment

  • Typical setup timeframe: 1–2 weeks for simple setups; 2–4+ weeks for complex integrations or large-data ingestion. Final timeline provided in the scoped quote.
  • Payment: flat setup fee invoiced at kickoff (adjusted if extra training hours are required); monthly support billed in advance per chosen tier. Setup fees are non-refundable after provisioning begins.
